We will start the round-4 of our Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management in the month of Holy Ramadan . If you would like to make the best use of your after-official times during the Ramadan days join us to develop your project management skills.

About the event
The skills you will acquire during this course:
1. Initiate a project by developing a project charter
2. Develop the scope statement of your project
3. Breakdown your project into manageable task by a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
4. Schedule your project tasks by a project schedule
5. Identify and develop solutions for the risks your project faces
6. Identify your project stakeholders and manage them professionally during the project
7. Close your project effectively and extract lessons learned for improvement of your future projects
By successfully completing the course requirements you will receive a verified online certificate from University of Virginia and a Statement of Accomplishment (SOA) from APMC.
