PM4NGOs (Project Management for Non-Governmental Organizations) is a global non-profit organization that creates professional certifications specifically for the humanitarian and development sector.

  • PM4NGOs works with international experts, NGOs, and training partners worldwide to develop standards like PMD Pro (Project Management in Development) and MEAL DPro.

  • The MEAL DPro exam and certification are directly managed and issued by PM4NGOs.

  • Once you pass the exam, you receive an official digital certificate from PM4NGOs, recognized by leading organizations such as the UN, Save the Children, IRC, NRC, and many more.

  • MEAL in Projects - ethical standards and cross cuttings.

  • Design a Logical Framework (LogFrame) Theory of Change (ToC) and Result framework for  humanitarian projects.

  • Indicators - Types and measurement method, Indicator Performance Tracking Table.

  • Feedback, Complaints and Response Mechanism.

  • AAP (Accountability to Affected Population).

  • Data Collection Tools - Types, Method, Analysis.

  • Data quality, entry, cleaning, security, visualization, retention and de-identification. 

  • Adaptive management and progress reporting.

  • Duration: 20 hours of intensive training + coaching support

  • Format: Online and In-person (Kabul-based training available)

  • Language: English (with Dari & Pashto explanations if needed)
